Candle Making Kit Terms and Conditions

 

In my participation in the candle making kit ("Activity") from Baked Candle Company, customer agrees, acknowledges, understands, represents and warrants as follows:

 

I understand the nature of the Activity and inherent risks involved in participation of the Activity. I assume full responsibility for the risk of bodily injury, disability, death, disease, infection or damage to property that I may suffer, incur, sustain or experience from the Activity. I recognize that accidents involving burns from hot wax may occur from the Activity and various other dangers may occur during the Activity. With the aforementioned recognitions in mind, I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Baked Candle Company and all of their respective employees from and against all claims, suits, losses, damages, injuries to person, health conditions, property liability and all other loss or liability resulting directly or indirectly from or on account of my participation in the Activity.

 

I further release, waive and discharge Baked Candle Company from all liability to me, my spouse, my legal representatives, heirs and assigns for any and all claims, costs, expenses, fees, suits, losses, damages, injuries to person, health conditions, property liability and all other loss or liability that I may incur in connection with, resulting from or relating to my participation or engagement in the Activity.

 

I agree that this document is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law and that if any portion of this document is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
